BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You'll receive an email to make sure you’re feeling well and provide updates on available amenities, both at the hotel and around town. On your day of arrival, we’ll send a text with steps for contact-free, curbside check-in, along with the time your room will be ready.
All guestrooms and suites are thoroughly cleaned between stays. This includes sanitization with Ecolab-approved products per CDC and EPA guidelines, opening windows for added air circulation, and sanitization of all bed linens and towels. Each guestroom and suite has independent air handling systems.
WHILE YOU’RE HERE
Upon arrival, we'll deliver your sanitized room key to your car, along with tips for keeping the hotel a healthy place for all.
High-touch common areas are sanitized throughout the day. And hand sanitizer is available at all building entry points and elevators. Masks are required for guests and staff at all times while in common areas.
Guest rooms are cleaned upon check-out only. However, we’re happy to provide additional towels or bathroom supplies at any time during your stay via contact-free delivery to your room.
Taking Care of the Team
Every member of our staff conducts a health screening upon arrival to work each day. This includes a temperature check, symptom audit, and confirmation of no known exposure to COVID-19 within 14 days. Masks are worn by staff at all times.
Rest assured, we will continue to provide detailed and ongoing COVID-19 safety training to our team as new information becomes available.
Waterfront dining, complimentary bike rentals, and fireside s'mores. Even with some temporary restrictions, there are many ways to enjoy time on the harbor.
