BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
If you or a member of your household have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or are not feeling well, our vacation planners will be happy to assist with rescheduling your trip.
All guestrooms and suites are thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Enhanced cleaning protocols include sanitization with Ecolab-approved products per CDC and EPA guidelines, opening windows for added air circulation, and sanitization of all bed linens, towels, and kitchenware.
We provide detailed and ongoing COVID-19 health and safety training to our employees, including:
• Personal hygiene education, such as thorough hand washing, use of provided alcohol-based hand rubs, and proper use of PPE.
• Self-monitoring for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and procedures for employees to report symptoms of COVID-19.
• Routine cleaning and disinfecting of public and back-of-house surfaces and equipment.
WHILE YOU’RE HERE
Upon arrival, you will receive your sanitized room key, along with tips for keeping the resort a healthy place for all.
Guestrooms and suites have independent air handling systems, plus windows that open. Our pools and restaurants also have windows that allow fresh air circulation.
Enjoy no-touch breakfast basket service, delivered daily to your door.
High-touch common areas are sanitized regularly. Guest rooms are cleaned upon request or check-out only. We are happy to provide additional towels or bathroom supplies at any time during your stay via contact-free delivery to your room.
Remote or curbside check-in and check-out are available upon request.
